The team at this office is very caring. All of the staff are very friendly, and they took really good care of my dog! There are very little wait times when you have an appointment with them unlike other vets who will have you waiting for 30 min -1.5 hrs. They are fear free so they make sure to take it slow with your pet until the pet warms up to them. It was a really great experience here, thank you Dr. Keller and staff. 💖 10/30/25 Just wanted to update my review as we visited again, but I really loved how Dr. Gonzalez and her team listened to every concern I had for Rager. They made sure to address every concern thoroughly. In the past, I’ve been brushed off by other veterinary offices and I was very happy with the service I received today! We will definitely be back!

I believe is the best Ver clinic in the all RGV, they are fast! Just don’t let your dog lay on the floor or get near other dogs. Nothing bad, just for safety of your dog! Excellent customer service!

Took my new son here and worked with Dr. Gonzalez. She really took the time to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable and professional. Vet techs were very kind and professional. I can tell they take low stress policies seriously. The prices were great and I didn't feel rushed. Felt like the staff truly cared. Great experience

We took our senior pup, Luna, for a wellness exam and had a great experience. They are so knowledgeable, kind, and professional! They also walked us through different treatment alternatives which we really appreciated.

Lost my buddy of 12 years yesterday. I had to make the very difficult decision of putting him to sleep. I've lost a few buddies over the years, as they say they are with us only a fraction of our lives but we are with them the entirety of theirs. The staff at veterinary wellness was very compassionate with me and Max, I really got a sense of their sympathy, it was genuine, they got me. Max left this world surrounded by the kindest most compassionate people I have ever met. If you're looking for a veterinary clinic you owe it to your best friend and yourself to make them your first and only choice. Rip Max and thank you Dr Kenia for the kindness and empathy you and your staff extended to me and him.

I was looking for a vet with quick availability since my regular vet didn’t have any for 3 weeks. After reading online reviews, I chose Vet Wellness Center and so glad I did. Vet Wellness Center had availability that worked for me. I have a fearful Pomeranian who is suffering from a rash on her belly that I can’t get rid of at home since it became infected. Dr. Gonzalez was attentive, patient, and gentle and listened to other concerns I had with my dog and my dog remained calm the whole time. We thoroughly went over possible causes and solutions to my dog’s rash/allergies. There was no long wait and no surprise fees at the end of the visit. I will definitely be taking be bringing her back and return with more of my pets here in the future.

After bringing our sweet boy Voodoo/Widdles here 3 different times, I can honestly say this is the BEST veterinary clinic experience we have ever had. Every single visit was unbelievably helpful, compassionate, and reassuring. You can truly tell that everyone here genuinely cares about your babies like they are their own. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was the support AFTER we left the office. Most vet clinics stop communicating once you pay and walk out the door, but not this team. They stayed in touch with us, answered questions, and even allowed me to send pictures through text so they could monitor what was going on. As someone who was an absolute nervous wreck over my little guy, that meant more to me than I can explain. Having that support line and reassurance at home gave me so much peace of mind and confidence in the treatment plan. Another thing I appreciated so much — we had NO WAIT during any of our visits. Every single person we encountered was phenomenal, kind, patient, and professional. I wish I remembered everyone’s names because every doctor and assistant deserves recognition, but I especially want to thank Becca. She was truly my savior during all of this. She took the time to calm me down and explain everything step by step so I fully understood what the doctor was saying about my little fella. The treatment plans were explained in great detail, the pricing was upfront with no hidden surprises, and they gave us honest options instead of making us feel pressured. That level of transparency and compassion is rare these days. Huge shout out to all of the doctors, assistants, and staff who helped care for Widdles. Thank you for treating him — and us — with so much kindness, patience, and compassion. We are still a work in progress, but I have lots of confidence in everyone there!

We brought our cat in because she was limping. After a thorough exam the conclusion was a sprain, no broken bones. We were given some medication for three days. Now, five days later everything seems normal, no limp. Thank you for great care of our cat. Bless you

Great services, and everyone is super friendly. The doctor is really professional. My Lola was quite ill, but the doctor provided her with treatment, and she began to improve quickly. Totally recommended.

Great experience at this veterinary clinic! The staff was very friendly and caring with my pet. The vet took the time to explain everything and made sure my dog felt comfortable. The clinic was clean and the service was quick. I really appreciate how kind everyone was. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good vet!
